I began my career as a qualified builder in the Czech Republic, where I was involved in a wide range of residential and commercial construction projects — from traditional masonry buildings to large-scale renovations. After moving to New Zealand, I retrained as a qualified carpenter and became a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP).
Working on Kiwi homes gave me deep insight into local building practices, timber construction, and moisture-related issues that are common in New Zealand’s climate.
Over the years, I’ve worked across new builds, renovations, and insurance remediation projects throughout Auckland and surrounding areas.
Peace of mind inspections
Ensure your building is safe, structurally sound, and compliant with New Zealand regulations. We carry out every inspection in line with NZS 4306:2005 – Residential Property Inspection Standard. As a Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) and Accredited Building Surveyor, I also apply my practical experience in construction and carpentry to identify any non-compliant building work, safety risks, or signs of poor workmanship that may not meet the New Zealand Building Code.
